Scooter News Piaggio's Third Wheel It’s just around the corner for Australia but France has already amassed 3000 unit sales of the three wheeled machine this year.

Now with the launch of the Piaggio Mp3 250 just around the corner it will be interesting to see just how sales transform in the local market.
Numbers in France although helped by a keen scooter culture and a licensing rule that benefits the 125 cc class, sales still have been nothing but amazing.
The Mp3 looks set to bring those into a category looking for an increased stability factor over two wheels. And the Mp3 range does just that.
Sales in France from January 1 2007 Total 3170 units including the Mp3 400 and Gilera Fuoco that were only released in July.
Just think our total Australian market might reach 17,000 units this year.
