Federal Member for Ryan, Michael Johnson MP, has today launched his Low Emissions Initiative to promote a reduction in local household greenhouse gas emissions, and is offering one lucky local Ryan resident the opportunity to win a FREE low emissions scooter.
Honda Australia (MPE) “In order to encourage local households to reduce their greenhouse gas emissions by following the handy hints in the Climate Clever Booklet, all local residents who contact the Ryan Electorate office requesting a copy of the booklet will get the following discount vouchers":
- $200 discount on the purchase of low emissions lawnmowers from the Mower Centre, Hamptons Garden Nursery at Kenmore (first 100 residents)
- $100 off brush cutters from the Mower Centre, Hamptons Garden Nursery at Kenmore (first 100 residents)
- $250, off the purchase of low emissions scooters from local Pro Honda dealership

“Local resident also have an extra incentive to be ‘Climate Clever’. On top of these discount vouchers, local residents who request the Climate Clever booklet from the Ryan electorate office will go into the draw to win a low emissions [Today 50] scooter donated by Honda,” Mr Johnson said.
The draw closes Friday, 7th December and the winner will be drawn on Monday, 10th December 2007.
