New Peugeot Satelis

Peugeot Australia are currently previewing the recently released Satelis as a potential addition to their range.Read to find out why the Satelis looks so appealing

Allen Drysdale

Peugeot Australia will be displaying the satelis at the upcoming Sydney Motor Show and if the feedback is good we may well see the satelis very soon.

This is a scooter that has something for everybody just have a look at the long list of features

New 4 stroke 4 valve engine with fuel injection ( you wont believe its a 125 cc scooter) rated at 15 hp

13.5 ltr fuel tank

Clever storage compartments

The largest mirrors on the market

The best aerodynamic design on the market - Lowest Figures

Low seat height at 785 mm

Dual headlights with H7 halogen lamps - when full beam is on the main beams remain lit

Huge lockable glove box - will fit a 1 ltre water bottle

Storage built into the handlebars - Will fit a pair of sunglasses etc

Automatic lift up hatch via remote control

Under seat storage will take 2 yes 2 full face helmets - two tennis rackets - or a PC case

The 125 cc capacity in Europe makes up around 45 % of the market so it is a vital capacity for Peugeot in a total market of which around 420000 scooter units are being sold annually.
Here the capacity has not been as successful but then this is a scooter that could change all that as it has so much going for it.
If you like the look of the Satelis then I suggest you email info@peugeotscooters.com and tell Peugeot Australia that this is the kind of scooter that you would like to see in this country.

If your in Sydney for the Motor Show then check it out in person there.

Europe already have 3 engine choices in the Satelis including a 15 and 20 hp Compressor version. Expect a 250 and 500 cc version to follow in Europe shortly.
