Australia’s first fully electric motor cycle has now been available in Australia for four weeks.
We have seen the Australian dollar strengthen to the US dollar, and strong sales globally which all contribute to help us push the price down. The new purchase price for a Vectrix maxi is $15990 + On Road Costs which vary depending on which state you register your bike in. With these changes we also hope to gather more government support for some incentives for those trailblazers who have and will purchase bikes. Governments have recognised Vectrix in many countries and even purchased fleets in the USA and United Kingdom. We are yet to adopt the green machines in Australia.
We are hoping the new price will influence people’s decisions when they next purchase a vehicle. If they do a reasonable commute and enjoy the freedom of a bike then there is no better option. The Vectrix only costs $45 per year in electricity and imagine never going to a fuel station ever again. ‘This is a real feel good machine’. Charles Mann Director of Marketing said.

This is extremely news worthy with what’s going on in the world today and we need to do everything we can to tell people there are other options out there that are cheaper and cleaner.
