Scooter News - Europe Peugeot Geopolis Peugeot adds a large wheeled scooter to it's already expanding range.
Allen Drysdale Peugeot scooters are releasing some pretty nice scooters lately and the latest to make it out is the new Geopolis range.
Recently released in Europe this scooter is very much aimed at the Italian market where big wheels are now the “in thing”.
There is a lot to like about the Geopolis with its 16 inch wheels and Piaggio sourced 125 and 250cc fuel injected engines. The style is typically Peugeot and this scooter has recently won a design award for its outstanding appearance.
The seat height will be an average 805 mm but the fuel tank will be at 13.5 litres giving it an enormous range.
With the other large wheeled scooters doing so well in Italy, scooters like the Piaggio Beverly, Aprilia Scarabeo and Kymco People S are becoming the norm for the daily commute.
With the Australian importer of Peugeot scooters recently changing hands it will be interesting to follow the model range as it expands. Let’s hope the Geopolis is one of the models soon to arrive.
