Scooter News Derbi Boulevard Hot off the back of the release in Australia of the Boulevard 125, Derbi have released the all new 50cc Boulevard.
Derbi Australia Based on the Piaggio Fly platform from the stable mates factory the new Boulevard 50 is blessed with the same excellent chassis and body of the Boulevard 125, and combines retro or contemporary styling with a sporty spirit, showing off its its very stylish vented front grill and clear headlamp winglet.
With full 125 running gear the Boulevard 50 punches well above its weight in this class and is better equipped than most 125’s on the market. As a daily ride the Boulevard is perfect and soaks up any road you throw at it with 32mm front forks, and a 200mm front disc that stops the zippy machine easily..
The Boulevard Two, to give it its full title, is equipped with Piaggio's 2 stroke air cooled Revolution 50cc motor giving it plenty of zip compared to the 4 strokes on the market whilst also maintaining a positive environmental impact being Euro 3 compliant. This motor has been well proven over the years and is very reliable and economical. The same motor has been used in the Vespa LX and Derbi GP1 50 Racing.
The Boulevard like its big brother 125, has a very high level of finish, with excellent features that include generous under seat storage, baggage hook , and lockable glove box.
The Boulevard Two is available now in three colours, Racing Red , Pearl White and Black from authorized dealers at $ 2,790.00 plus On Road Costs
