Scooter News Yamaha TMAX V's Vespa GTS 300 Well not really, but coming up on Scootersales.com.au we review two of the best scooters running around today.
Allen Drysdale
Coming up this month on Scootersales.com.au, we have what I believe to be, two of the best scooters on the planet today. Totally different in concept and design, though closer than one might actually believe.
Both share a sporting prowess that is worthy of each model designation, both share a sense of sophistication and quality that puts them at the top of their game. You think this has got us just a little excited? You bet it has.....
GTS 300 i.e. Super Sport
The Vespa GTS 300 i.e. Super Sport is a limited model here in Australia. A differentiation on standard through matt paint and specialised decals. The GTS 300 has always been one of our favourites and this version is no different.
Sublime off the mark performance, a small sharp short chassis, a purposeful, handsome stance on the road. We'll bring you all the insights like we normally do, get ready for something special, this one should be Super.

Yamaha TMAX 500
The TMAX has been an evolution over time and our test mule is actually the 10th Anniversary Whitemax Edition. The colour and attention to detail on this model is just amazing, carbon look panels and white body work combining for a sensational look.
This is our first extended test getting to know the TMAX, and its got us a little excited. This is Yamaha's trademark scooter in Europe, and its not hard to see why. A centrally mounted twin cylinder engine, superbike brakes, a rigid motorcycle-type frame. This one has all the hallmarks of being a superstar in its own right.
Yamaha have also reduced the TMAX by a $1000 (regardless of model year) at the present time, so it could also be seen as better value for money. Get ready and strap yourself in for the upcoming review on the Yamaha TMAX 10th Anniversary Whitemax Edition!
