Eicma News 2011 Kymco K-XCT 300 The all-new K-XCT 300 from Kymco. This one looks like it could have everything covered.

Kymco K-XCT 300 - Overseas Model Only - Australia TBA
The all new Kymco K-XCT 300. On first glance I was thinking maybe just another scooter from Kymco. At second glance, the Kymco K-XCT 300 is actually an all new compact-maxi.
What is appealing here is that this scooter has all the attributes of being a top class commuter. I've been getting around on the Downtown 300 now for a few months and I would claim the Downtown as being the quickest 300 class scooter on the road. So versatile in the way it performs, motorways or around town, any mission is taken on without fear or thought.
So a compact version of the Downtown with the same G5 engine/transmission really appeals. This format is extremely comfortable, has ample storage and offers fantastic weather protection. A one scooter fixes all type solution. ABS is an option and all the appealing features of the Downtown, I'm seeing the same here on the K-XCT, just in a compact chassis.
So no word if it will arrive in Australia, though like the People GT 300i released last year, both these scooters would make a great addition to the current Australian Kymco
line-up.
Whilst on Kymco, Eicma also saw the release of the Xciting 400. We have seen that SYM will bring the Maxsym 400 to Australia early next year but not so sure if this model will make it here. I don't have too many details on the Xciting as yet. Though I am guessing it's like the 500 model currently sold in Europe, now with a new 400 cc powerplant. Pictures are all I have.
Anyway bring on the K-XCT 300!
