Scooter News Piaggio Snippets Just incase you forgot here are a few things that have happened recently on the Piaggio front.
Piaggio Australia 1/ The all-new Beverley 250 is now on sale at $7490 (plus ORC). The Beverley oozes sophistication, with its large-diameter alloy wheels, low-emission Euro 3 compliant liquid-cooled engine, hydraulic shock absorbers with adjustable preload, anti-theft immoboliser, front and rear discs, all-weather protection, multi-function dash, and rear rack with integrated lockable hook.
2/ The NRG Pure-Jet 50, which features “Sarich” fuel-injected technology for incomparable performance and economy, is now priced at $3990 (plus ORC). The electric-start 50cc Pure-Jet features 140-section (rear) and 120-section (front) tyres for superb grip, married to premium suspension. The scooter can also be ridden on a car licence in Qld, SA, NT and WA.
3/ The snappy Zip 100 is now on sale at $2490 (plus ORC). Like its 50cc sibling, the Zip 100 is nimble and easy on the hip pocket, and features a Euro 2 compliant four-stroke engine.
