Hi all, I've been making my way towards getting my first scoot, with the helpful advice of many here thankfully. I've got the license and decided on a scoot but my next problem will be that for the next month or two I am living in an apartment with no parking space. Does anyone have any experience or idea on what my chances of getting insurance will be if i have to simply lock it up on the pavement out the front? It will just be for a month or two so I don't mind paying a little extra for that time. Otherwise I might have to try and pay for a carspace nearby. Cheerio, jason

You could try and and call a few insurance companies and tell them where the scooter shall be kept. I'm sure there are many people in the inner city that don't have a garage and face the same problem.

insurance wont be an issue, just give them the post code and they will give you a price. Should not really influence the price that much i would not think
