Hi there, I would just like to tell the world how impressed I am with the customer service that I have experienced by becoming a client at ACE SCOOTERS. Yesterday, I went to ACE to view and purchase a second helmet (open-face). After viewing the range I decided to buy the cheapest as a spare helmet. What amazed me is that Steve told me that there was a special run out sale on the THH helmets, and it was only $49 bucks. Then he was apologetic that he could not give me a further discount on the product for being a loyal customer. However, what impressed me the most is that he gave me the peak-visor for free. This was a very different experience that the last time I purchased the same helmet last year from another scooter/atv/motorbike dealer in Perth. Then they charged me $59 bucks (Their special deal) and also charged me $15 bucks for the peak-visor. So the commendation and recommendation I would like to get out to the world is that if you live in Perth, and you want a dealer that will look after you not just sell you the scooter, ACE SCOOTERS is the place to go.
