Kymco sets it sights on the cute retro market with the launch of the Kiwi
Kymco has the SYM Mio in its sights as it releases the cute retro styled Kiwi.
Launched through European markets as the Sendo the cute retro scooter has not yet been confirmed for Australian markets but given the retro style it would make a contribution to the Bug Scooter range.
The Kymco Kiwi mimics the SYM Mio to some degree with a colouful dash arrangement and key operated fuel cap release.
Other features include the availability of a 4 stroke 50 or 100 cc engine, flip out foot pegs and LED rear tail lights.
A snazzy feature would be the pin activated security feature where you twist three numbered dials to a preset number that then allows the scooter to start.
In its local market of Taiwan the Kiwi is sold in a number of colours and styles. The 100 cc Kiwi Range is split between a budget 100 cc version and one that has some up spec features like front disc brake and LED lights.
